Machine Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all SoClean2 devices we sell. Within 30 days of your purchase, any sealed, unopened products you have purchased may be returned to us for a partial refund* at your cost.

*There will be a $200 restocking fee for Machines purchased at a price of $449 or more (not including insurance).  This fee is for the administration involved in restocking.  You are responsible to ship the product back to SoClean2 Pty Ltd, PO Box 5181 Elanora Heights, NSW 2101.  No shipping charges will be refunded to you.

Within 30 days of your purchase if you have unsealed and opened the product or have used the SoClean2 and are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a partial refund** at your cost.

** There will be a $350 restocking fee for Machines purchased at a price of $449 or more (not including insurance).  This fee is for the administration involved in restocking plus all returned SoClean2 devices need to be tested, cleaned and supplied with new filters and resold at a discounted price.  You are responsible to ship the product back to SoClean2 Pty Ltd, PO Box 5181 Elanora Heights, NSW 2101.  No shipping charges will be refunded to you.

All items originally supplied must be returned in ‘as new’ condition at your cost. Machines are considered used if the packaging has been opened. Note, if the packaging has been opened and the machine shows any signs of misuse or damage, in this instance there will be no refund.

Once purchased, any accessories including adaptors will not be provided a refund.
